EPTWithout using the hotkey trick this is damaged health bars which is my preference.

I have the hotkey that hides my opponents health bars at (alt) so I am holding the hotkey down hiding the banshees health bar letting me see what health bar is mine.

I know the images above are not the best scenario but I have had some intense ling bling ultra queen games where this has helped me immensely. This is all just a matter of preference.
How to do it.

As you can see there are a few options to choose from.
All life bars, yours, allies, and enemies.
So it says show your health bars that means if they are already showing they will hide them. This remap is best for Damaged or Always health bar users. I put (alt) for show enemy health bars so that I could see what unit is mine easier.
FUN FACT: Life uses selected health bars and presses alt to see all health bars.
