Russian team http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Vega_Squadron is happy to announce the signing of one of the best Finland players ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/c7wpyQi.png) http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Elfi . elfi is great protoss player, great community guy and highly ranked Grandmaster player which will give some fresh blood to our roster. With his high motivations and practice schedule, we don't doubt his results will come soon under Vega Squadron banners. His first big tournament under Vega tag will be Copenhagen Games Spring 2014 in April and hopefully Dreamhack Bucharest and Dreamhack Summer. He will start to stream more too, so feel free to tune on his stream anytime.

Hm, a team that has some notoriously bm players in its roster. I`m glad that they provide Elfi some support but they should rethink the composition of the team.

I think the general problem is that aside from Teams like TL or Mouz, there is only a small market for fulltime-pros atm. So you have to take what you can get.

Sure you can say that, knowing nothing about the contract details. Vega tends to offer pretty decent salaries to their players, rather than focusing on events and marketing, which is quite the motivating factor.

Well Empire has been very quiet in SC2 lately. Kas and Happy are active as always but kinda slumping but that aside the team doesn`t show a lot of effort anymore to compete with the likes of Acer, TL or Mouz.
