Ok, it is a T-shirt, a polo is a t-shirt with a collar and 2 buttons, we understand you all have to make a profit, but it still qualifies as t shirt. And it could be make in Indonesia for all we care, no reason to get snotty because some people are voicing concerns about price.

On that price we make less profit than our team jersey for example, we are certainly not breaking the bank if you are worried about it. The price might make for some tough consumers decision, but think about it this way - this is the first time ever SKT opened themselves to the foreign community and fans and the chance for you to own this shirt is lower than the chance to own a Ferrari F40. Thats right, there are less SKT shirts in the world than F40s ![]()

If i buy a jersey of my football club i pay the same price and these jerseys are way ahead in terms of quality. A red polo costs what ? 10 bucks + some sticks. Not worth imo, even if its from SKT1. I would not play for a red Nike shirt 60 € either. Its more like 20 / 25 €. I think around 35-40€ would be ok but with this price, no thank you for me. *Edit Just read disciple's post. Price makes more sense now ^^ still to high to buy for me.

You're not just paying for the t-shirt, you're paying for an official, limited piece of genuine merchandise you cant buy anywhere else right now. If you regard it as a collector's item for hardcore fans, then theres no reason to complain about the price, especially when they explained why it's that expensive.

I wouldn't be in this thread if I wasn't interested. I am just disappointed by the price and am expressing my opinion about it. And it is pricy when you factor in shipping and taxes (because I would pay taxes on customs service because I am ordering outside EU and the price is above the threshold). You can get an official FC Barcelona long sleeve jersey with custom print on the back for that price. I am not here to bargain and get it for a lower cost or something like that, as I said, I am just expressing my disappointment about the price. I guess if it turns out to be a success and you get more jerseys and they become less limited edition, prices will drop and then I will buy one.

![]() The price was 80$ for just the shirt and 100$ if you wanted a signature of the players if I'm correct. lilsusie managed to get some shirts which she sold to TL after a funny art contest which I managed to win. Unfortunately my shirt got afterwards lost in the mail and I never got mine - I went for the full package with signatures from Boxer and Bisu. Last year SKT decided they wanted to sell 200-250 from this one ![]() the price was just 30 000 won which is about 20 euros. I was lucky enough to get one of those. You see SKT never cared about selling their shirt or making money from it for that matter - they made extremely small quantities and never sold to foreign fans. Only way to get one was to be very lucky and prey lilsusie is willing to do a huge favor to a stranger.

My point is that if you love SKT as much as do (although that is probably not possible) this is an opportunity you waited for a long time, probably ever since you became their fan. Barcelona Man Utd etc make big money from their shirts and its a way for them to fund their business, but for SKT that wasn't a priority - they don't have to rely on that money to pay Partings salary but they do realize how important it is to make the fans happy and to be represented outside of Korea. This is a milestone not because SKT decided they wanted to make some money from their shirt but because they noticed how important we are and that they should care about their foreign fans. Imagine iloveoov promoting his team shirt on TL back in 2007 ! We are witnessing a great shift in their attitude which is what we waited for all these years. Not to be nit picky ![]()

I would of even preferred the long sleeve one they are wearing when advertising it, then I could justify a bit more. So are we looking at around 80$ for the polo? How much is shipping ?

But people bring economical arguments in a purely emotional purchase - yes you can get better stuff for that money, but if you are a fan nothing will bring you as much satisfaction. The largest parts of the money you pay for the shirt will go to SKT, the courier who delivered the shirts from korea to us and then to you and to the government, that at least in the EU will take about 15€ of what you paid for the shirt. That's what this comes down to. As the person in charge of the store I have to make sure we have a sustainable business, turn some profit that allows us to grow and probably get to this point where we have a functioning platform that other companies in ESPORTS may like to use - this is all great for everyone right. But having these SKT shirts is just a labor of love. I would like it to be the stepping stone for bigger and greater things, will see.
