Honestly, I'm still confused why sOs would open with such a risky FastExpand against PartinG when practically everyone guessed he would open aggressively. He didn't even get a good scout off to know what he was up against, just seems like sOs's decision making hasn't been very good this round of ProLeague obviously, but it's just weird. Maru didn't do very well either, trying to be a little too cute to be honest. Samsung has a weaker lineup, but they have been getting better results out of them, so maybe they can pull off an upset. Although SKT didn't really have to show too many of their players thanks to PartinG. I mean, Classic, Rain, SouLKey anyone could be good here, even Fantasy or Bravo. Guna be tough for anyone to beat SKT in this format I think.

I know I've spoken out against their format and the GSTL's many times because it goes back to the old notion you're only as good as your weakest player and limits player opportunity for exposure. One man shows are fine, but only as a special attraction and not the driving force.

Still find the format changes funny, but I can understand why they'd do it this way. Certainly helps cut down production time.

They can even send out some "2nd tier" Code S players to snipe top code B players from the other team =P (might as well send ParalyzE to face TY when SKT gets there) Sucks to be paralyze and dark though. Despite getting into code S, they can only still sit as the >7th player to be considered to be sent out.
