A "free" slot is relative, since all the invites have to pay the flight and accomodation themselves (unlike the qualified people). With a lot of people being already qualified, teamless or at Assembly, flights to Sao Paolo being expensive and with IEM having an application system for invites, it is´nt that weird. | ||
