There are three ways:
1) Go straight to SPL's intended source for VODs: http://www.youtube.com/user/ESportsTV/videos?view=0 or http://www.youtube.com/user/ESportsTV/videos?flow=grid&view=50&shelf_id=39 or http://www.youtube.com/user/ESportsTV/videos?flow=grid&view=50&shelf_id=38 but they are not spoiler-free.
2) Go to Liquipedia: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2014_Proleague/Round_1 and under matches click "Show" and click the TV sets at the bottom, but they are also not spoiler-free.
3) Go to the LR threads and click VODs at the end of the OP: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/index.php?show_part=36 These are spoiler-free.

In addition I find sc2links.com to be a simple way to navigate spoiler-free VODs; much better than trying to go directly through Youtube which is rife with spoilers (you open a playlist for a match and see it has only 3 videos; guess what that means...?):
