Good luck cheering for them... It seems like they're all facing someone they'd rather not face in the first round. lol

Taeja can beat any player, of course, but I think that Dear is the favorite no matter who he is facing. MVP has not chances against Jaedong. HerO can beat sOs and his craziness any day, but he's inconsistent (just as sOs) and is pvp, then you never know. Naniwa and Duckedock are pretty much dead, indeed.

Didn't you notice? Go watch again. Anyway, HerO isn't the only guy who breaks down after taking heavy losses. Several players need moments to collect themselves even if they're about to make epic comebacks like SoulKey. Not only that, the guy doesn't even showcase all the players who will be competing. The point is build some consistency. It's only a minute long. I Would have made it longer showing those moments where players like Soulkey completely turned it around on Innovation and the moment of despair. Show more range; set the back story for Blizzcon. How did each player get there? If you want to move people then move people. Once again, it comes down to consistency when it comes to hype videos. The only thing you made me do is want HerO to win more just so I can shove this video down your throat. Good thing Winter is coming. I honestly hope HerO wins the whole shebang (I won't bet on him, but I still want him to win) or at the very least wins back-to-back-to-back DH Winter's. Just for you buddy. :V

Naniwa and Duckedock are pretty much dead, indeed. Dear vs. TaeJa - TaeJa vs. Rain season 2 finals. If Maru can take a game off Dear without using Ghosts just imagine what TaeJa can do with his Ghost control. Jaedong vs. presumably Mvp - Jaedong is borderline slumping. Almost losing a Bo5 to Hack, losing a ZvZ series against anyone, and coming in last in his Season 3 finals group, including a loss to Genius... We expect better from Jaedong. BlizzCon will be the judge of whether he's slumping or not. HerO vs. sOs - HerO has a long history with sOs... a long history of losing almost every televised game he's played against him (he's 1-4 against him, 0-3 in HotS). HerO lets his emotions get in the way against players he has histories with like this. Don't be surprised if he doesn't show his top form. Just stating facts. They all seem like they're outmatched here... I'd love for HerO and Jaedong to prove me wrong, though. I'd say the same about Dear but I'd rather not see a million posts on TL about how he's the next Zerg bonjwa winning WCS Korea, Season 3 finals, and BlizzCon in 3 weeks.

What is so crazy about this is when I look at the bracket and in my head forsee the possible combination of matchs we might get to witness in the Quarter Finals, Semis and then Finals, it blows my fucking head off. Not one bad comination imo. Will be a hell of a tournament every step of the way! Nanni Fighting!

Nothing to argue. I didn't know about the Hero/sOs background. Surely put more colour to their series! About the Taeja/Maru comparison, I think that you could give more credit for Maru' choice. Ghosts are great obviously, but his choice to stick to only bio was a strategic play that allowed him to pressure Dear almost nonstop. Its not like Taeja will have Maru play plus ghosts, if you know what I mean.

BlizzCon will be the judge of whether he's slumping or not. I feel like Hack is constantly underrated. He's really good, at the moment most likely better than MVP. MVP has a great name, but if you've been following WCS EU you could see that he's not the same anymore. Jaedong fell out of S3 finals because of losing to MMA, who is - again - probably *way* better than MVP. And JD already had that 2nd game vs MMA, and just threw it away because of tilt (it was 140 vs 50 supply if you didn't see it). JD is the clear favorite vs MVP imo. He will probably fall out at Ro8 though, again because of tilt. But at ro16 I see him playing his best. Sad for MVP.

Seems a bit unfair but ok. Also from the article in liquipedia it follows revival doesn't even need to finish 2nd, 25pts is the minimal amount he can gain. I wonder if he can gain like 30pts so then nani is fucked.
