ROOT Gaming's Announcement
ROOT Gaming's Academy, the Seed Academy, now has a finalised roster, with 10 players from North America, Europe, as well as one from New Zealand, after acquiring a further 6 players.
Their eldest, and the New team captain for the Seed Academy will be Bones, who, until yesterday, played for Clarity Gaming.

The only European on ROOT's main roster, Xyz (formerly known as Succeed), has also left the organisation.
In sadder news, ROOT and Xyz (a.k.a. Dennis, a.k.a. Succeed) have parted ways. Instead I will continue to pursue my gaming career in Europe and continue to practice to hopefully reach a level of gameplay that I can be proud of.

I am confident that if he decides to do it, he can become one of the best players out there, so keep an eye opened for him. I and the rest of ROOT will continue to cheer and ROOT for Xyz and wish him all the best in the future.

That's cool. By the way where is that house video content stuff? IIRC Catz posted it would be out within 2 weeks if not earlier, 3 weeks ago.

Hmm you sure you're not talking about Bails? Bones is not on the LYGF Liquipedia page, and was on Clarity Gaming's press release when they consolidated the roster on the 25th of September.

Drewbie is still on the active roster? Doesn't he play more DotA 2 then SC2 these days?

I think he is more of a coach/manager at this point but not sure.

Slush was one of those foreigners that would get top 10 at MLG after Korean invasion started and no one would notice. Used to be a solid foreigner.
And Kiwi vs. Stephano on Shattered Temple was one of the better games of WoL, certainly one of the best of Foreigner play.

We've had another delay with getting computers. I am currently working on a show that should be out in a few days, just waiting on the intro.

Not sure why Xyz's departure counts as sad news. It was the sensible choice for both parties and I am eager to see how Xyz will do back in the European scene. For Root, it opens up another spot to fill for NA players.

A solid roster that if WCS changes could be considered the best in NA. Its also pretty young so they will be around for as long as the game is left since everyone expects it to last about 10 years ish given how long the life cycle of games lasts.
