Of course it will be hard for her, because she won't be able to really practice, but on the other side... her group isn't insanely strong and there's so much on the line (Blizzcon) that it's definitely worth a try as long as it isn't during the rehab-time (which it isn't... probably ).

not fair when groups C, G, F are so easy its a good way for NASL to push the FOREIGNER hope in group F though, even though its just an easy group

If it did, it would not be much of s sacrifice to start back a few days early. Since it's online, she doesn't even have to travel anywhere faster. She also stated clearly she wouldn't be participating in this season multiple times (even with it being in her home country). And the condition of her wrist is the issue - not travel. Without a confirmation from her it's all just hearsay. That being said noone is a bigger fan than me, but these people pushing her to play is ridiculous. Let the girl heal and she will play when she's ready.

Keep in mind that Polt will have much less practice time now that college has started again. Basically all of Polt's good results this year have came in the summer when their was no college for him. We'll just have to wait and see how he does.

I can search the fanclub and find the quote, but she said she wasn't playing because she assumed the schedule would be in September. She didn't say she was not participating in the season no matter what. I mean if they purposefully put her last so she could play you'd think they would consult her to make sure she could actually play. Otherwise what's the point? It's hearsay backed up by reasonable deduction

It's hearsay backed up by reasonable deduction It would be speculation at best at this point to say they put her in the final group on purpose. My issue isn't with the speculation and the hope she plays in season 3 anyway - it's with people looking past her injury and only giving a shit that she plays. If you pay attention you'll realize she frequents TL. These live LANs are high pressure / stress enough without her having to cross some of these absurd posts / expectations from random people. More compassion less pressure feeding ! P.S. You should stop in IRC more often Chyt - you been slacking.

isnt that much more sparse than other season/leagues, which i think played Mon through Thurs? for example look at WCS America Season 2, Premier round of 32 and 16, played 4 days a week, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs its as if they want to drag out WCS season as much as possible or something?

More evidence that it's a conspiracy to get Scarlett to play this season. On September 10 2013 09:03 Relentless` wrote: P.S. You should stop in IRC more often Chyt - you been slacking. Yeah I should go back sometime. New 60 hour a week job hasn't left me much time for the internet anymore.

That's not what hearsay means, but anyway she just assumed it would start mid September but it didn't. This is fairly obvious. Why else would taking September off imply not playing WCS?

We as fans may mourn now, but it's owrth it if this is what she has to sacrifice to continue being a pro a few years down the line.
