Current form works well when comparing players that are almost entirely contained in the same "island", but outlying cases look like a mess (take the flash x lucifron prediction example). Still useful overall. Maybe if they sorted different databases by "islands" it would help, but this seems arbitrary and a ton of work for a voluntary project, so no reason to complain.. | ||

Like, because Flash and Lucifron rarely meet and because they also play mostly against players who rarely meet each other. You can put more weight on a match between Flash and Lucifron to better accurately normalize the Islands. In this case Lucifron will lose more points losing from Flash than he normally would and that disparency in points is then again spread to his own island. | ||
