WCS America Premier League Groups & Schedule have been released:
Blizzard’s WCS America Season 1 operated by Major League Gaming is underway. Included below are the groups for the 32 players in Premier League – 24 invited players and eight players who advanced from the WCS America Qualifying Tournament.

I think group 3 will be toughest..but polt only has to practice vs z for it so he should get out.

So basically not any notable na player, maybe aside from scarlet, has a good shot at winning his/her group...
Edit: maybe it can happen in groups 5/8

I'm hoping Illusion can do it. I haven't seen him play in a while, so I don't know how well he has been playing as of late - but I'm probably most excited to see how he does. Really rooting for him and I bet he has a good chance to get out of his group.

He's got a decent chance. He's shown pretty solid TvZ so the matchup with Moonglade is about even (don't know too much about Moonglade's current skill), and he could definitely beat Maker (I have no idea how Alguiac has Maker higher than Illusion lol). Alicia will be tough, but he'll be tough for all of them

Because it's most convenient for the people playing.
The number of the groups is irrelevant, they should be cast in the order that works the best for the players.
