This could be referencing Riot and the LCS, which would be ongoing during the IPL 6. the viewership would be split, and the sc2 audience + 1/2 the league audience is not enough to support the prizepool and other expenses of IPL6. good luck IPL, hope you guys find a way to make it through this | ||

it could be Riot not putting up as much money as the did last time with there big NA event running atm. The main reason still would have more to do with the IGN sale I would say tho. Sad news but expected I guess. | ||
