Hello, everybody~ This is DongHoon Kang coach of Team IM. I would like to say thanks to everyone rooting for us. I wish everyone will continue cheering for us. We will do our very x100 best!!
‘MVP’ (Jonghyun Jung) & ‘Nestea’ (Jaeduk Lim) had mini game battle to grab brand-new LG IPS7L monitor.
Find out the game result and their thoughts on the monitor.
It's so obvious that it's advertising lol. 'What is the most important point when playing video games?' Mvp: I practice 10hours a day, so I'm concerned about my eyes health' xD

That monitor looked awesome and its nice to see things like this, but I just cant imagine mvp saying that the most important thing he cares about is hes eyes.

Or they might just get new stuff every day and have mortal kombat over it after which MVP gets ownership.
Yeah, it's a commercial for LG. You can even see that they put a label over Nestea's competitor monitor to avoid lawsuits. Still funny though, Nestea was pretty jealous.
Well, this monitor looks all the more appealing to me now hehe Cool way to show your sponsor you care! Great job, one of the few ads that makes me wanna buy something. Okay, i'm biased, MVP in it ^^

Good advertisement though, and it actually does look like a great monitor.
Quite a few people who don't wear glasses care about their eyes, it's how they avoid wearing glasses in the 1st place.
it was was enjoyable to watch, and it's nice to see Korean teams doing this. I'll probably have it in the back of my mind if I buy a new monitor or two.

If you spend most of your day in front of an LCD monitor you are going to care about eye strain even if you don't wear glasses. Also keep in mind that he's talking about a monitor. If it were a mouse he clearly wouldn't be talking about glare and eye strain.

Well actually eye strain is a really big deal for progamers. It can ruin your eyes!!!!
Great to see team catching on and doing commercials. It's great to see Nestea and MVP joking around with eachother too, I hope to see more of this type of promotion in the future
Even though the advertising was really bad lol, the video actually showed that the monitor was really nice. I like the part where you can actually see that the monitor was clear from the side, while the other was pretty dark. Had to actually test it on my monitor and I can say for a fact that the LG has me beat
Very cheesy, but I'd love to see more from them. I'm using an LG monitor but I had it long before IM had LG as a sponsor... When I get around to buying a second monitor I guess I'll go LG too.

Great promotion. I would like one now but it's probably out of my price range
Was thinking the same thing, lol. Suspicious placement of post-it.
I liked this video. And I like Team IM! I have an LG monitor and I enjoy it too, so I'll probably get me another one next time. And those hats! I want one!
Well done view of the team's two biggest names alongside covert advertising. (Not so covert, but not as overt as HuK, Head of HyperX RMAs.)
Also, LG is pretty good - I've got two LG monitors right now. (Not the one they're showcasing, but still pretty good ones.)
But, I think the best part of this is LG-IM going that extra distance to make it not just a nice Korean video, but to add subtitles and put it at TL for the foreign audience. That's next-gen, globalized economy awareness right there.

this is the best advertising i've seen for anything e-sports related since i started watching brood war in the early 2000s. great work guys. other teams need to take note of this!
advertising done right: no mindless promotion make 2 high-tiered, popular players compete for it make them do the talking only 1 person gets one have them to "argue" over it.
This reminds me of when I was surfing a fansite forum for a book (The Wheel of Time), I saw an LG advertisement banner on the top with Mvp and NesTea on it.
I guess nice video, but it felt very cheesy. "Oh this is so nice, it's the best I've ever seen" all the time was a bit over the top. Not sure if the translating was completely true all the time? I don't know Korean though, so I couldn't tell.
