Decision Making is a show revolving around both the strategy of the StarCraft II series as well as player-perspectives involving both approach towards difficult situations, intriguing scenarios, game mechanics and play. The show also aims to uncover and depict the background thought processes that go into each and every choice made during real-time ladder matches or within tournaments from both the involved players as well as what the hosts/guests would do in a similar instance. Mentions of the scene or overall cultural/community issues/hot-topic issues will be weighed on by both the guests' and hosts' experiences as well as insightfulness.
The hosts of the show consist of ROOT Gaming's professional E-Sports commentator Axeltoss as well as the veteran players ROOT Gaming's Drew 'Drewbie' Moysey & Paulo 'Catz' Vizcarra:
http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Axeltoss - Since early 2011, Axeltoss has casted for nearly two years involing major tournaments such as Major League Gaming, North-American Star League, Team Liquid Star League and Lone Star Clash. Since his debut in April 2011 with ESL's Go4SC2Cups, Axeltoss has casted for major teams such as Quantic Gaming and now ROOT-Gaming. As an intergral part of the team both for his analysis and his professional understanding of the game from a spectator's perspective, Alex is able to both both insightfully remain unbias in his moderating of the discussion, but also help the chatter aim for the best interest of all sides: players, casters, spectators, fans and industry leaders. Axeltoss is now permanent a part of MLG's Analysis crew.
Paulo 'CatZ' Vizcarra: Paulo Vizcarra is a long-time StarCraft: Brood War player stemming from his 2 vs. 2 days on ICCup with teammate: Drewbie. Catz is both known for his popular stream and shows such as "Inside My Head" and widely viewed to have respectable knowledge of the StarCraft scene and community. With over 12 achievements on his belt since later 2010 as well as popularity as a player and respect for his analysis and depth-understanding of the game. CatZ is able to pierce into most minds of the players and extract general lessons for the community and aspiring competitors.
Drew 'Drewbie' Moysey is one of the few respected and renowned North-American Terran players in the community. Recently qualifying for MLG Winter back in February as well as his qualification in WCS North-America continues to define his ability to both address the issues with each match-up as well as be able to determine the necessary changes in both a player and the game overall.
A Question & Answer segment will be available after summation of the general topics which will involve questions from followers who tweet @ROOT4ROOT. As well as a showmatch amongst ROOT members to further display points and arguments made for and against the game and its mechanics/gameplay.

Was able to listen to this today during work-out (thanks for the MP3 <3). It's a great show with very good potential, will definitely listen again. Axeltoss has a very nice voice and personality to moderate this kind of show. This episode did feel just a tad stiff though, because you had a tight script to go through to catch all new units (which is not a bad thing), but I'm already looking forward to the next episode when you can approach this a little bit more free style and all the pros got a chance to play more of the beta. Good job guys!
TL;DR: check this show out if you haven't already!
things will be a lot more loose as the shows go on, with HOTS we suffered from having a lot of stuff we wanted to talk about, but didn't want to make it extensively long and winded!

This show has great potential. One suggestion I have is to make an effort to not talk over each other so much. I realize lag makes it hard but its a huge part of a great show. This show could replace sotg in my podcast rotation, good work
i love major insanely much. if decision making doesn't continue forever, jp needs him on sotg. hell, get him on ITG also. i don't have nearly enough major in my life.
i liked the show, but as usual its only people complaining about complaining
I want to see a show where it actually tells blizzard what to do. I have in my post history made massive chapters of what can be improved and new avenues blizzard can take to get audiences we never had. But because im not a personality or pro in the scene. It does not matter what i say, it will go ignored.
I think one of the biggest reasons posts like destinys got a lot of attention, is because it hits a point where tons of people agree with it, and they will rally behind it because destiny is the voice of the people feeling with like opinions on the state of the game.
Why arent people forcing this stuff down blizzards throats,If all we doing is complaining about complaining, Its just watering down what we are trying to achieve

Very great and interesting discussion. Axeltoss was a great host and everyone else was just doing a good job elaborating on their points and getting their arguments across. Keep it up.
