It's not (just) that. Asian people tend to age really well, Indians too. My friend's grandfather looks like he's in his 40s and he's actually just turned 91.

If you have ever seen that documentary made by that American girl living in Korea she asked a bunch of girls and they said that they wanted to get their eyes fixed ;p
