This is legit. I wish I could be there and write it up but I'll be happy to read some reviews. I can't wait for HOTS and all the reviews from all these awesome Liquipidians.

It has nothing to do with the rules though, just the fact that you need to try HoTS beta which is available at MLG meaning most people outside the States will have no way of actually making it there.
