I think JP could tell that Idra was uncomforatble (the way he was trying to kind of dance around it, but still make his point) so why try to push the issue. It seems most interesting to me because whenever someone like Day[9] is in the public in any way, he/she is representing a brand. Why would one project anything other than positivity from a brand? At the pharmacy I run, if one of my techs is rude to a patient we have a genuine problem - I can't write it off as being "no fluff," suggesting that being rude is acceptable at all.

Further, what does his positivity or niceness, even if it IS a front, do to harm anyone? Better too sunny than too cloudy, I'd think; lean too far the other way and see how long you have a career or friends.
