Fact is the foreigner BW players was amateurs compared to the wc 3 players and it shows in sc2 aswell.

He does scout just not like other players. Stephano dont have to see the buildings etc. What he does is he check 3rd and 4th gas and check how much gas has been mined. And then he knows eaxctly what his opponent is doing
