Images like this usually really annoy me because I don't like keeping the bright background in the SC2 interface, but creating a transparent effect on something like the flames at the bottom can be a huge chore. However, I'm really happy with how it turned out, and this is probably one of my favourite releases so far. Some of the edges are still a bit rough, but I'm pretty satisfied with it.

Is anyone else trying to us the CleanUI?

I have getting a clean right side, but my left side where the rank icon is still has overlay. I install the dds file in the patch.MPQ, but it just repatched my SC2 and stays the same. Has anyone else got it to work?

Just wanted to share this--some dds I made and posted on the "Wow, medic in SC2 main menu" thread. I noticed Teliko posted one for zergs with the new Hydralisk. My version is less saturated and positioned so the head isn't obscured by the FFA button. Enjoy!

When you placed the file into the patch.mpq, did you get a prompt confirming to replace a previous file? Or did the file just drop in without any questions asked?
