I'll pay for it again. I guarantee they'll figure out whatever the issue is before their next one, whether it means not using twitch again or forcing you to log in just to get to the stream page.
I'm guessing the issue is related to the fact that there's a free preview that just isn't expiring, and once we're around to the second Arena, people will know what the package entails and MLG won't have to offer a free preview, if necessary.

you will, maybe i will, most of people wont. And it's more of twitch.tv's fault since their subscribe is horrible and gets bypassed by blocking ads haha

I cannot watch the vods on twitch tv, but managed to watch on the mlg site?
Seems like the mlg site is buggy then?
Tried to find out what it is but some could log in while others couldn't.
The nice thing would be to give a reduction to the next ppv event for the ones that bought it.
And I only thought EA or indie developers would let such untested code loose on its clients

Maybe it's just me, but I don't want to pay for something if I can find another version of it somewhere else for free.
I know the players are some of the best (if not the best) out there, but it's not worth $20 to me. I never paid for anything MLG, but before their streams were free so I could still watch, and now I can't... So I'm not really an MLG fan anymore... So I guess that's the result for the PPV plan on me.

This is a bonus event that is paid only, similar to GOM Arena of Legends (even called "arena" as well).
And you can watch all MLG Arena's VODs for free a week later (5th March).
So don't lose general faith in MLG, just like you shouldn't in GOM, just because they also have bonus paid-only events. They don't expect the whole community to pay and participate in these bonus events, but enough people will pay to support them and their main events, so that the main events continue to have free LQ stream. Indirectly, this event is helping you, even if you don't participate in it.
