I'm pretty sure it means nothing. As far as I know, cookies are personal to each computer and their respective IP or something. Meaning that it's all based on when your cookie will expire or something I'm guessing. Also I checked the same thing myself and it said it ended at 8:31 GMT so i doubt it means anything. However I am no networking guru so please don't trust me 100% | ||

It just forces your cookie to refresh after this time. Some sites have cookies to refresh after x time after they are made. Mine shows 12:32:47 PST. | ||
