Pretty sure you just misread a digit in the readout between the high spike and the low dip. If you add them up (which doesnt depend on the middle readout) you get normal values, but the difference for those two bins are weird since you take differences with the incorrect value. That human factor happens when you read out a lot of values like this, dont worry. Suprised it didnt happen before actaully, good job in the readouts!
