What is this?+ Show Spoiler +Hello TL! My name is Seeker. I have recently taken the charge of creating the GSL Code S/Code A threads. A recently new feature I've implemented into the GSL threads is the "themes" section. These themes are chosen from YOUR votes and insights. Afterwards, I dedicate a character from said theme to the actual caster. To make it plain and simple, I felt that just updating the next theme to come on each GSL thread was just not enough.
We have a community on average of about 13,000 + members and on average about 3,500 + members logged in on a daily basis.
I think we could get some real GREAT themes going with everyon'e opinions and insights!
We're not a community until every last person's opinion is heard and considered which is EXACTLY what this thread is going to do.
Each week, I will update what the theme for the next upcoming GSL thread will be. You will then post your idea about what you want each caster to look like and why. Oh, and another thing. Now that we have a thread for this, I am extending the themes to the players themselves. This way, you guys can have even more fun deciding exactly who should be who. Please use this format when posting:+ Show Spoiler [Format] +
Caster/Player: (insert name here)
Character: (insert character name here)
Why: (insert reason why this caster/player should be dedicated to this character)
Next Theme: (suggestion for next theme)
If you can follow this very simple format, we'll have a very organized and efficient way of getting everyone's opinion across and keep it clean instead of clustered.

Every character suggestion made will be put in to this section. Then, depending on how many times that character has been mentioned, I will add up the # of votes for all to see:
For Example:
Artosis -> Vegeta -> Votes: 32
Tasteless -> Goku -> Votes: 23
At the end, the player/caster with the most votes will get that character
All final decisions will be posted HERE, as well as the actual thread link for the GSL matches
A-Team -> Votes: 1
LOST -> Votes: 1
NOTE: Just because a theme has been done before, does not mean I won't repeat it. It just means let's wait a little before bringing a theme back. FINAL NOTICE: If you think you can help me out in any way possible then by all means PM me! I would welcome any help possible. I'll also always give credit where credit is due.

I'll suggest the A-Team. I'm thinking of B.A. as Khaldor, Murdoc as Moletrap and not really sure if Face should be Artosis and Hannibal Tasteless or vice versa...

Honestly I am not a fan of these "themes". It makes the GSL threads way to cluttered and it doesn't add anything.

Thank you for your opinion.
While I do agree that "themes" don't add anything to the threads StarCraft wise, it does add creativity and teamwork. It helps TL get together to agree on ideas and to share each other's opinions. I like that fact. I like that we can all get together to work on this. And also, what harm is it causing?

I like the concept of the pokedex theme (conceptually more so than its current rendition/presentation/font/colors/graphic). I love the idea of having a player card graphic, or some sort of display of the player's strengths (race matchups)/match history/map win percentage/hometown/favorite color/favorite pokemon or w/e, just random sweet awesome info or relevant match info displayed in the LR thread. (I'm aware i could look up both players on liquidipedia or google or wherever, and read all about 'em, and yes I still think a sweet pokedex card with relevant info and fun facts would be nice to have in LR thread theme).

PvZ. Star Fox characters should be a future one though. Off the top of my head:
Artosis = Fox
Tastless = Falco
Wolf = Wolf
Moletrap = Peppy
Khaldor = Slippy
