Just about everything else. I would love for sAviOr to come to foreigner events. I hardly think that that would benefit EG in the long run, he's already past his prime and given the fact that most other Koreans at the events that are actually making a splash are old BW-players sAviOr would definitely not be received with much love... That, and also having to basically "move" in order to attend events would be somewhat too expensive and probably not appreciated by both parts. Boxer is past his prime, Puma doesn't get much love, and Puma would attend the same events. They're already doing it. PuMa never threatened modern BW, and you might be right about BoxeR, but how much success has he actually seen through his SC2-career? BoxeR is alo still credited for being one of the "founders" of modern SC, and whislt sAviOr helped to build himself a legacy of greatness, he risked it instead and was found in of the biggest scandals in e-sports history. that is nothing that events, organizers, and last but not least, other Koreans will turn a blind eye to. Also, most people seem to dislike PuMa due to the fact that he 1/1/1s a lot, and that he also happened to be in a bad spot when he switched teams. Not all too different from CoCa, but really nothing big. So then why shouldn't he compete again? I'm still missing it. He match-fixed, he almost went to fricken jail because of the legality in SKorea, and he's banned by GOM and Kespa. But that's it. Nothing wrong with letting him compete again, and it's not like there wouldn't be a watchdog over his shoulder. In fact, it would be a travesty to just completely disallow one of the greatest players of all time from playing again. PuMa actually got a lot of hate from netizens because of the team switch, his play is a cherry on top.

There was a shitstorm in Korea when it was even known that Saviour and Luxury were streaming BW games. And TT1's cheating is laughable compared to the grand scale to what Saviour and co did.

His point, which is fair, is that just because he cheated/did something illegal doesn't mean he can't be forgiven or at least allowed to compete. Athletes in other sports have used performance enhancing drugs, match fixing or whatever and then come back to play and win. Sure there will always people looking down at them but it's not like life time bans are the norm.

That's silly. He doesn't claim to have those facts. The guy he was quoting claimed he knew that sAviOr will never play competitive SC2. But he doesn't. And the guy you're quoting doesn't know or claim to know if you own a purple unicorn and have never kissed his mom. You probably know.
