Why don't you elaborate on this instead of throwing out emotionally loaded accusations.
It seems pretty obvious. Alex approaches a player without contacting the coach and he thinks it is okay?
He is taking no responsibility for the way he went about it.

It definitely was a mistake by EG to not formally go through the other team, but people obviously made a 250 page mountain out of a molehill, though I doubt people will put down their pitchforks.

AG brings up a good point.. he didnt approach Lee, Lee didnt approach AG but made a public rant. Its a good point... I think there were a few people who felt like Lee was the unprofessional one from this public outcry but i didnt put much thought into that until now.

Here's what I'm getting from this:
1) EG handed out cards to players, to show that they were looking to find some Korean players. 2) Puma was interested, and asked for details. 3) Puma was thought it was a good idea, so he talked to the coach about leaving TSL when he got back. 4) TSL thinks that Puma has already signed, or that EG has a contract on the table, and thinks they have a player poached.
Obviously I don't know much else, but hearing from EG and TSL, it sounds like TSL had no idea that a discussion was going on, and EG didn't realize that Puma had actually made a decision (instead of just being interested).

Why don't you elaborate on this instead of throwing out emotionally loaded accusations. It seems a bit odd to me that EG is actively recruiting players from other teams without contacting their managers/coaches at all. That's what this situation looks like to me, unless Puma was the only person who got a business card at NASL. AG said that EG talked to several korean teams/managers/coaches directly. It almost sounds like Puma was an exception because Puma wanted to talk with his coach himself.

So:
EG should have contacted TSL before suggesting it
TSL should have contacted EG before internet ranting

FXOBoSs posted he got Sheth & Qxc through contacting them first. Sheth did the intermediary aspects with ROOT. So, that's not exactly abnormal behavior.

Has EG made a statement on this matter yet?

Alex is a really good speaker.

Milkis is great, but he isn't affiliated with TSL or knows what they're doing. He really can't answer what Alex is saying because he doesn't know what Lee is thinking or what Clide is thinking. Yeah, unfortunately. Thankfully for us, there's an interview with Coach Lee floating around waiting for Milkis to translate for us. Or anyone else who can read Korean, really.
Thats the one he is referrencing when he talks because Milkies saw that as well I think.

This is a great summary, as AG said the news was broken far to early, Lee at some point thought puma had already made his Decision and EG had already signed him PRIOR to puma leaving, when they still didn't even have time to go through the process to sign him. The fact is he isn't yet signed so it is obvious that it caught Lee and EG off guard.
