Yea, but you don't play a service fee. You paid your $60 months ago. You are no longer a source of income for Blizzard. Sure you can claim that $60 gets you the ladder experience, but not much more. If it ever gets to the point where they have some income from battle.net, I'm sure events like this will be dealt with with more urgency and apologetics. Until then, we'll have to deal with the general 9-5 schedule with holidays from the SC2 team.

aksfjh monthly fees like wow? with gold farmers hackers and phishers? doups and battle ground hacks .. oh wait thats not suppose to happen in ur magical paying world is it? sorry reality sucks blizzard doesnt get off its ass to often.

Yeah, I don't know how popular this drophack thing is in Korea, but this really reflects poorly on the NA server when pros (mainly streaming pros) have to quit every other game because some dude drop hacks his way up. This is a pretty major issue regarding B.net, hurts the integrity of the ladder and the experience overall. And considering Blizzard is in charge of total admin of the servers with SC2, only they can deal with these guys.

I doubt it's in Korea at all, their accounts are linked to their social security or something.

Every member of the Blizzard Starcraft 2 is off work for a couple days and no one is even able to ban people manually? Lmao that would be ridiculous.

Got bopped by RatZDouche. Now I'm not interested in laddering

![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/qrllEl.jpg) Apparently Liquid isn't safe either D:
I ended up beating him though, surprised he didn't drop the whole team

Plus these guys are unpunished because they're on trial account :/, Blizzard need to limit their trial account to certain degree so it doesn't abuse hacks like this. Either limit what league max trial account can be match up with and get to or ip ban them.

70% of my matches are drop hackers, fucking poor job Blizzard.

It's really telling how Blizzard isn't even bothering to ban some of these guys.

The alternate ladder 'not the blizzard ladder' is looking even more appealing now. >_>

I don't understand this "well the team is probably on holiday" crap.
If they are really treating battle.net support as a 9-5 gig with no more urgency over something like this versus upgrade of server memory during scheduled downtime, then they deserve to get owned by a newer faster moving game company that has the kind of passion that allows them to work overnight when necessary.
Even a bank IT department - with all the corporate crap layered down on the staff - have people who can do whatever fast, and get authority all day and night, if everything goes to hell.
Either blizzard really have no clue, or are severely under-resourced (an obscenity considering their WOW revenue stream). I just can't think of any explanation that doesn't put them in a bad light. If they have a legit excuse then write a freaking mea culpa we know we're slow and we're trying apology letter.
