They have a couple of good players that can compete with Morrow as seen in the Viking cup. Not sure about their nicks, but I think Naama and Satiini are two Finish players.

I'd like to propose a couple of added rules:

#1 - All games must be played while in the sauna. All spectators must also be in the sauna.

#2 - Spectators must take a drink every time a player is supply blocked. This includes team members who are watching other team members play.

#3 - Cheating like Sweden does at ice hockey is strictly against the rules.

There, now it's a Sweden vs. Finland event.

Anyways gl and hf to both teams. I hope the finns will do the Stockholm bloodbath this time around instead of the danish. >

Finland's lineup will probably be Seinis, Naama, Satiini and Fuzer in my opinion.

Other canditates would be konna, elfi, flayer and envious.

Naama and Satiini will probably take a map each. (For the record, satiini is just a pure beast, he can still compete with the elite of active Wc3 players despite having more or less abandoned Wc3 for good), but for the rest im certainly Sweden will take most of the points.

No! Norway is so good that we dont even have to play to be that good that we are, and therefor we're better than everyone else.

2007 in another esports RTS title WC3:

European Nations Cup finals...

Gotfrag about team Finland(http://www.gotfrag.com/war/story/39401/?spage=1)
"In the LAN finals, the team might be a bit hard-pressed to finish in a top spot, due to one of their main players not attending the finals.",

"Compared to the other teams, Finland lacks the LAN experience the rest of the other players have. Most of them has never attended a LAN event"

Team Sweden:
"Sweden might not have a large population, but they are certainly doing something right in the progaming department. This country has been known to produce top e-sport competitiors, from games ranging from Warcraft III to Counterstrike. "

"Sweden has a formidable team with three very talented Night Elves GlaiVe, SaSe and LiiLD.C."

But:

Finland 4 -0 Sweden upperbracket finals (http://www.gosugamers.net/warcraft/news.php?id=6914)
Finland also won Sweden in the final of the tournament, reason for this according to the swedes was:

“It sucks when the whole team drinks like hell before final (except me). And then lose to Finland who attended a LAN for the first time ever in their life.” - Sase (http://www.mymym.com/en/news/12210.html)

If swedens top players play sweden will take it easily . Although this tournament might be a little small for swedens top top players.

Finland doesn't tend to have many internationally known players, but our own little pro-scenes in any game are usually pretty good. E-sports isn't a huge deal around here yet.

Expecting to see a very competitive team from Finland even though it might be "nobodies" on an international scale.

Finland has a few really good players, but Sweden has even more if you take players on that level. Jimpo, merz etc are all on the same level as Naama and Satiini, I would think?

Finland needs to send Satiini first and he'll all kill. I'd love to see ThorZain vs Satiini. 2 wc3 players duking it out in sc2

Justin.tv has great quality but retarded restrictions so it's not free like ustream for the viewers.

It is surprising that a European match would be cast on JTV... It's the best streaming site for Americans, but for everybody else not so much.

Say what?

Also, sweden obviously lacks Jinro, MorroW and MadFrog in their lineup.

Suggestion for next time.

Why play this weird survivor mode? Do it like we did in BW, 4 1v1s and 1 2v2. Or 5 1v1s and 2 2v2s.

Playing like this only favors nations who have say 1 or 2 really strong players. Well, actually, of course, the less really good players a nation has, the more the format favors them (relative to their actual strength).

As simple as it is: playing survival mode is way easier to stream ---> more games to viewers.

well, you could have 2 1v1s playing simultaneously. All 1v1s BO 3. Then you would stream at least 2 independent series.

Still, it's a much, much superior format for nationwars. Don't think anyone would contest that.

Yeah I know what the score is but I'd want something that shows who won against who, what map etc. For someone just tuning in, it's kind of hard to jump right in and enjoy the tournament without knowing what has happened and what's to come. Apparently there aren't any specific site that get updated right?

I think this http://www.youtube.com/user/TheBeardTV is his youtube at least, any other sources where I could get to see more of his casts?

Exactly. It was Sweden B versus Finland A.
They need to rematch with the A line-up.
