I prefer the commentary on ICCup and if the image clarity was better I would likely never watch a different stream. Thanks for all the great tourney coverage ![]() Streamers are always working to improve their quality, but they do have limitations with their hardware. They can't just make it perfect instantly. Always do the best they can to have really good quality though ![]()

Also just for a reference point, iCCup's Justin.tv channel (justin.tv/iccup) has been stolen by Kenny, I am in the process of getting it back (Justin.tv are the hardest people to get a hold of, any contact info would be appreciated), but for the time being iCCup can not stand behind anything that is being done on that channel. Sorry for the inconvenience. Psyonic in the mean time will be casting on justin.tv/psyonic.

I'm working with JTV right now to get my channel name changed so you guys can have www.justin.tv/iccup seeing I'm no longer associated with you guys. I support what you all are doing, and have in open communication with Yello-Ant informing him of this. Thanks.

You are a former iCCup.com employee that was assigned to start the channel and are no longer in charge of it. iCCup TV and all it's sub channels including that one, and it's existing stats and followers is property of iCCup TV. Not Kenny Goldstein. You WERE in charge of iCCup TV. I AM in charge of iCCup TV and am part owner with Yello-Ant. You have no rights to that channel. I made several good efforts to recover it and you have declined. Thus you have stolen property of iCCup TV. I have spoken to my attorney and he is flying back from his vacation now and we will be starting the papers this weekend. I am also awaiting the police to show up to file my police report.

The problem with just letting Psyonic have justin.tv/iccup after changing your channel name is that you took the actual channel with 400+ videos and nearly 40k subscribers to start your "new" channel. Taking the account that will give you instant viewership and removing the entire video library that Brent worked on for how long? Pretty dick move right there means he has to start over from square one with the SAME channel while you get to start a NEW channel with all the videos and subs? Wait what? How is that in any way possible fair?

Again, get your facts straight before you comment..offer is still there to help promote Brent's channel..he was my co-host after all and a good friend. I think I can make sure he is taken care of properly. The main problem was that Iccup wanted to step in and take the hard work of Brent and I..truth is Yello-Ant and Diamond had *NO* interest in that channel until it became popular. Now they want it all of a sudden? Well I changed the channel name and they can now be on Justin TV under the Iccup name if that is what they want.

This may sound like a joke to some people, but before anyone gives you money to host tournaments and whatnot, you need credibility and solid numbers to prove said credibility. By it being Kennys channel, they gain nothing from their hard work. They still have plenty of numbers to fall back on, but it hurts them. May I ask, Kenny, what investments you have that require those viewer numbers, VODs and whatnot to stay under your name? I ask this as a genuine question, as a third party who is curious. You have undoubtedly put much work in to the channel, but what future do you plan to build by holding on to it? What exactly do you expect to gain by holding on to it? I'm not attached to the situation and don't really follow you and Brent anymore, but I feel that iCCupTV not only has more claim over it, but could make better use of it if you have no big plans. On the other hand, however, I feel that the open (and public) threats made by Diamond aren't the best course of action, let alone responsible. If the account was created by Kenny, under his e-mail or whatever, you have no legal ownership of it or the material on it. By using his account (and/or the stream he made via his account) to stream freely, you've essentially given him temporary ownership of your intellectual property (the voice of the casters, etc.) That, and by threatening legal action in a public forum, you're essentially making an ass out of yourself. Do you expect the internet to take your side when you've only just gotten big enough to offer prize money for tournaments? You certainly have a following, myself included, but you're far from being in a position where such threats hold any weight. I don't see why either side can't act and settle it like adults without making the issue public. If you just use a little bit of objective reasoning and list the reasons either party could benefit from stream ownership, I'm sure you can come to an agreement or compromise of some variety. EDIT: At the very least, someone should be able to download all their VODs before the channel goes to either one party or the other. No reason to hold their hard work hostage, kenny.

By having said channel, they are able to add said viewer minutes, subscribers, etc in to sponsorship proposals. By having it renamed and their name essentially erased from it, it lowers the credibility they can advertise in potential business offers, something which iCCupTV seems very keen on getting and growing from. I agree with all you said man. I'm not holding any of the VODs hostage whatsoever. They are still up on my channel and available for viewing and downloading. My main reason for not streaming over the past 5-6 months has been due to RL stuff to take care of. I have a family that I have to take care of, and until recently I didn't have the time or resources to stream. I did, however, watch over and manage that channel during that time. I tried to be as reasonable as possible with this channel. I talked to JTV directly to have them swap the name over to Iccup, as well as offered to Brent that we setup some sort of promotion from my channel to his in order to let people know about his new channel. I know that I have been gone over the past 5 months or so, but I did put a *ton* of effort into that channel- it really has been my heart and soul online for quite some time and for a great deal of time I did it all on my own. I would like to start streaming again, and hopefully will have a new powerful computer to assist me in making the streams on that channel high quality. I never wanted to make this a public affair whatsoever, Diamond went public with it and I felt the need to address his comments- that is all. I appreciate all the support for the channel and help to this point. Like I said, if you guys would like to work together to promote your new channel, I'd be more than happy to assist in that. Just send me a PM. Xeris, I love you ![]()

Just send me a PM. I guess I feel you somewhat, but as I said, I feel iCCupTV has a lot more invested in it in regards to the future. They are planning on building up a business, and having content/subscribers/numbers in order to push sponsorship proposals goes a long way. While I'm sure many people would love to see you stream some good quality stuff, having that channel history is less useful for personal ventures than it is for business ventures. Most viewers (I imagine) come from the Teamliquid stream page, and regardless to a channel URL or stream login information, if people see the name "Kenny" on the stream, they're going to click it to see if its you. You don't have to own the subscribers and viewer numbers to pull them in (and if you did, I feel that after a 5-month absence, most have moved on anyway). With only a personal investment in that channel, you have little to lose by handing the channel over- you can stream on high quality with your bangin' new computer regardless to the profile. The same argument could be used for iCCupTV ("Most viewers come from the TL stream page",) but they have a vested interest in holding that channel history- again, for their credibility in business (I repeat myself a lot, sorry ![]() I'm sure many people appreciate the work you put in to that channel, but after 5 months, you're going to be starting from scratch in regards to pulling in viewers, anyway. Any chance you can throw 'em a bone and let iCCup at least try to make something out of it? I'm sure they'd be willing to leave your videos up for viewing and downloading as well, as a compromise of sorts.
