 . I'm happy that this is so popular, since one kid from bronze said my advice helped him very much on B.net it's just hard to keep track of everything and everyone. I wasn't expecting so many applications and subsequently wasn't prepared xD, but I'll try to help everyone that PMed me. Matchups: PvP, PvT Other: I reeeally started to get into the beta and this is my first attempt at playing RTS past the "beat all of my friends that never play it" level. Mostly, I have real macro trouble past the first 10 or so minutes of the game, plus whenever I have to make a quick transition, or am being watched (see fucking MLG fight night stream =X) I freak out and make stupid little mistakes like supply blocking myself and forgetting to build units. | ||

Matchups: Any. I play random Other: I have played several RTS games such as C&C and AOE, but have never played online. SC2 is the first RTS I have played online so I am largely inexperienced. I have improved slightly with the help of some friends, but I am looking for a high level player willing to help me out for free so that I may be able to take a shot at high level play myself. Please remember that coach's currently have very little incentive to PM trainees If we get to 6 pages I will redo the thread in a more organized manner and attempt to get stickied in the strategy section. I've included my idea for a solution in the OP - if you have better ideas send them to me. | ||

Do you expect anonymous help to knock on your door? Edit: I was advising trainees to actively look for a coach, as coaches will not actively look for them. Sending one PM is not harrassing, as Latham noted above. I have addressed all of the concerns voiced below in the OP. Conversation continued via PM. | ||
