yes you still need a second beta key. but all you have to do is(if you have a US beta key) reg it with your current battle.net account.. worked for me gl

cool program, but a friend of mine has got a problem- the Gateway Switcher doesnt work @ his pc. I suspected, that downloading the file by him or unpacking caused this. So I've sent him my unpacked file and still it wouldn't work. He's kinda desperate now, so please help asap ; p
he's got win XP.
What could be wrong ?

I have created a tool which edits the .SC2Data file in place instead. It does the exact same thing as the OP's tool but it is ~1mb instead of ~70mb.

Feel to try it out and provide feedback. I don't have a US account so I'm not 100% sure it works yet. If in doubt, backup your Base.SC2Data file.

Gateway Changer.

Big credits to the OP and the ones who came up with this idea.

Very, very huge bump. After all the patches, is it still possible to use this to change my US installed SC2 to play the korean server, without redownloading the client?

lol, when i read the title, i thought it was talking about some sort of mod that would change your Gateways into Warpgates automatically as soon as they warped in.
