You will not actually be charged until the game ships on release. So you "preorder" for full price but you aren't charged until the game is out and is shipping to your house. That is what sealed the deal for me. | ||

Well, they obviously put "while supplies last" there for a reason. I highly doubt there will be infinite Beta Keys to be given out. | ||
