PvZ here i come indeed an awesome daily. i learned a lot from it despite being a terran player. it also showed just how clever and thought-out all the little things are that pros like mc do all the time. my personal assessment of the skill difference between myself and pros has like.... doubled thanks to this daily! ![]()

I still watch all of his dailies and any other events he is a part of that I can get my hands on. Now that that's out of the way, I actually somewhat agree with what these guys are saying about the Funday Mondays and Newbie Tuesdays (mostly Funday Mondays). They are definitely funny and everything, but I don't find them to be very interesting because of the fact that I don't really learn much. I feel like with the addition of Funday Mondays and Newbie Tuesdays, I find myself learning a lot less from the dailies overall. Sure, that might be because I am a much higher level player then I was when I started listening several months ago (wow, almost a year ago!), but I don't necessarily think that is the only reason why. I really enjoy dailies like the one tonight (231? Ret vs oGsMC) where he goes into really in-depth analysis of a pro game, and explains the good and the bad of everything. Personally I do watch some replays to try and analyze pro games and everything, but I am no pro so I can't quite break things down the same way he can, and that is what I look for in the dailies because that is what helps me become a better gamer, not goofy bronze players messing around in free-for-alls. Basically it boils down to the fact that when I started watching the Day[9] daily it was all about breaking down games and learning everything about it, from the most basic core concepts, to the most high level nuances. That is what brought me back literally every night I could possibly watch live, that's what had me watching his dailies on blip and livestream over and over to really burn his words in my mind, and that's what helped me become the player I am today (a pretty good one if I do say so myself ;D). Please don't get me wrong, I still love the daily and I watch literally all of them, I just don't feel like I get the same out of it as I used to. On the other hand, having Mondays and Tuesdays being more casual days for Sean is probably a lot easier on him, and seeing that he is in his last semester of grad school that is completely understandable. Honestly I find it pretty miraculous that he finds the time to do as much as he does already, so if that is the issue I completely understand. As a final thought, keep doing your thing Sean and take our opinions for what they're worth. In the end just do what's best for you, because who are we to ask anything other then that from someone who works so hard to provide us with so many awesome things about the game we love for free!

Day[9], you are an amazing person, and pass on so much to the community. In many ways you are a role model to me and have taught me a lot about myself and others. I cannot thank you enough ^^.

Newbie tuesday is fine and most of them can be comfortably watched by decent players without squirming. Moar analysis dailies!
