Please, for the love of GOD, get away from uStream. There's gotta be a streaming service out there that won't crash every time that you try to stream.
And the migration continues. Yay they came from livestream first....

My tribute to the number J, and the day9.

UStream really need to get their act together, this is ridiculous how they have not been able to keep a stable stream, even after it has been doing this in the past weeks, they honestly need to learn to run their company.

May I ask, on an unrelated note, what the origins of the 'number J' meme are? Aside from yesterday's day9 daily?

You have absolutely no idea what it takes to run a company as large as they are running. You have no idea how difficult it is to run servers, that can handle all of the load of uploading, managing chats, streaming video, recording video, handling user registration.
If you did have an idea, you certainly wouldn't make such a rude statement like you did in the quoted statement.
It sucks that it's not working for everyone, but I'm certain Ustream is doing their damnedest to run their company correctly.

Change to Justin TV, by far the best Livestream service and experience I've ever had

Sean I think you should get XSplit, that program is the most awesome streaming software out there! You can use it to stream to ustream and/or multiple streams at a time.. Most importantly you can build multiple streaming windows and change em live, so you don't need to use your overlays and stuff
(sorry im from germany, would be quite hard to explain the software in detail but just go get it and try it out, you will be pleased)

Pretty sure it was just yesterdays daily.
Today's daily is apparently being recorded and posted on blip, due to the issues with ustream.
And guys, its nothing you can help with, and its nothing switching to a difference streaming service will help with.

I've never had a stream on Justin TV that did not lag. Even when there's only like 100 people. Sorry but UStream is the best there is. Livestream was much worse as well and he used it in the past.

The users of their service shouldn't have to worry about the technicalities of everything. They offer a service and it doesn't work. Therefore I agree with the other guy.

this is not starting or is already finished?

Too many international viewers for justin tv. They love to cap their max users per country.

The only way to get better than ustream is to have your very own stream, with enough bandwitdh for 10k viewers.

uStream is extremely helpful to their streamers for the most part, they have had issues the past week or so but that doesn't remove how for the most part it is usually a solid service. You can't just change providers every time something goes wrong, you want to stick with a provider that will work with you and uStream so far has done that.

The people who are bringing you this service (for free mind you) can't just fix everything immediately. Once again, you have no idea what it takes to run said service, and I'm certain they are doing everything they can to keep it running ideally. For you to whine about it's current stability (Which it is usually very stable) without any knowledge of what they are having to do to keep it stable, is childish.
