Seems like he had some downtime before bw would start or something. Anyways, he was talking some bs on how the East (Chinese) like cluttered interfaces and the West invented the clean simple interface like the one button on the iPhone. Seems like he wasn't aware that design for simplicity has its origins in the East as well (see Zen in Japan), so... | ||

With his work on that game now taking most of his time he can't do the SC dailies anymore. I saw him a while ago on a SC2 event but in it I noticed he was a bit of touch with the current state of SC2, I dunno how much he follows/plays it anymore though. The last SC2 daily he did was when he played the LotV campaign. | ||

I've never heard Day[9] come out and say SC2 was lacking directly, but he did indirectly say that it is very lacking in his Starbow daily. He talks about how SC2 is all about having X unit at the right timing, or using Y unit to counter Z unit/strategy rather than strategically positioning units and using the map to one's favor, which he explains Starbow does require. For me, it was a very damning video about SC2. | ||
