My team was shit. We had like 70%+ possession before the red, and suddenly 30% after. I recall years back when we got 9 man against QPR. We still played with spirit, fought for everything despite the shit ref. We loss with our heads held high. What I saw yesterday were headless chickens. I think Conte erred in bringing off Boga for Christensen. Should have just gone 4-4-1. We were so toothless in attack. Willian can only beat that many people. Azpi is impotent in attack. Batman is rubbish, so static and never a threat. I used to want more chances for him, but when he gets them he never delivers. I'd say Batman is a player that will never have impact in tight games. Should sell him honestly. We needed a strong fighter upfront in Morata/Costa at that stage. Batman plays like he is conserving his energy all the time. Zero aggression. We were so isolated upfront. We only have 1 Kante running the midfield because Fab is non existent in such situations. Maybe should have shifted Luiz to DM with Kante and play 4-3-1-1 if you really want to bring Boga off. Our squad is so small now and I only blame the management and Conte to some extent. Rotations hardly occurs and it's no wonder why fringe players don't wanna stay. I've said it earlier and I'll say it again. We won't win the league this season. | ||
