Yea, with guys like Lebron, his first years, he was fit and pretty lean-ish. Then later on, he just got jacked.

Could be he just wanted to get stronger, or he realized he was a lot better trying to work the inside more.

edit: My dad mentioned the same thing about MJ. For awhile, MJ was skinny as hell, but then after getting mauled in public by the Pistons one too many times, MJ really must of hit the gym or something.

Anecdote about Jordan is that people told him to not lift at all because it would "ruin his shot". So he kinda exploded because he went from almost no lifting to an actual program.

Ya sometimes I hold my breath ha. But it's just nice to see him being aggressive while on offense lately. His defense has been pretty solid though. His length and underrated understanding on that end has already been able to make an impact on most games.

its funny how organizations try so hard to get people to dislike them. now that trump is president, several teams are not going to stay at trump hotels now. in my mind that makes what they're doing even worse, only doing something when there's public outrage.
same reason why ill never cheer on the clippers or their players.

Lakers beating the teams they're suppose to win against, guess that Mozgov deal was not bad. You can't really hate the them this year, Luke playing d during training makes them even more likable. And Nick Young going full tryhard this season.

But anyone else really hate the new NBA website? It's an abomination, who the hell decided on this rubbish layout. Looks like a half-assed mobile version for desktops.

Colangelo in Philly

in an earlier NBA thread i evaluated Colangelo as an average GM. Based upon the development the past 3 years of his draft picks and staff hires in Toronto i'd like to adjust that evaluation and say he is slightly above average to above average as a GM/Prez/B-Ball Operations guy. I know it looks bleak in Philly right now but as long as ownership stays out of Colangelo's way he'll do some good things.
