Could be he just wanted to get stronger, or he realized he was a lot better trying to work the inside more. edit: My dad mentioned the same thing about MJ. For awhile, MJ was skinny as hell, but then after getting mauled in public by the Pistons one too many times, MJ really must of hit the gym or something. | ||

Anecdote about Jordan is that people told him to not lift at all because it would "ruin his shot". So he kinda exploded because he went from almost no lifting to an actual program. | ||

Everytime I hear he is 31 I am surprised because he plays like he is 35. Those years in Chicago that Thibs ran him into the ground are really showing now. Can't believe still three more years after this one SMH. | ||

next time i'll make that more clear. Colangelo in Philly in an earlier NBA thread i evaluated Colangelo as an average GM. Based upon the development the past 3 years of his draft picks and staff hires in Toronto i'd like to adjust that evaluation and say he is slightly above average to above average as a GM/Prez/B-Ball Operations guy. I know it looks bleak in Philly right now but as long as ownership stays out of Colangelo's way he'll do some good things. | ||
