I really like that Maggette comparison from RowdierBob. Not sure I can think of a better comparison right now. Maggette might have been more persistently aggressive in getting to the rim (I think, but that could have come from experience later in career, not sure), but a difft era in the league of course.

Wiggins is more athletic than people like Rudy Gay. I don't necessarily agree w/ the Maggette comparison. Maggette played with a lot more power rather than Wiggins. I see Maggette as more of a Jabari Parker comparison (aka the floor for Jabari is prolly Maggette). I definitely see more of a Rudy Gay/Joe Johnson comparison for Wiggins.

I don't think he'll mature into much more beyond that. Obviously he'll be a multi year 20 ppg scorer, but he doesn't add much more than that and can become an offensive sinkhole.

ya, but HuK has top 3 control and Wiggins has top 1% "size and athleticism". both guys are Canadian. Coincidence? i think not.

sounds like Casey is waving the white flag when it comes to competing with LBJ. He has looked amazing against Toronto this year. I just think he is flat out a smarter human being than the people creating and calling plays for Toronto. i don't want to point any fingers

This reminds of one of those games when Jordan or Kobe struggled with their shot and filled the stat sheet up in other ways. Wiggins had 5 rebounds and 3 assists.
