That is not a penalty to me. In the first half there actually was pulling/holding, here Sterling just touches him twice. | ||

edit: I guess it's also conceivable that it's a bit of a consolation-penalty, maybe he saw replays of the tackle of joe allen in the half time and saw that stoke was denied a legit penalty then, and he thought it was more just if city got one kinda soft penalty, stoke got one really soft penalty and was denied one legit penalty than if city got one kinda soft one and stoke was denied twice. And Beater, I assume they're hoping/expecting that players are gonna manage to adjust. | ||
