Not unexpected. Celtic is on an entirely different level than all the other teams in their league. Maybe they should consider switching to the PL instead.

2nd half from ManUtd vs ManCity seemed pretty weak honestly compared to the first one.

The moment united tried to do damage they did a lot, City will have big problems in UCL when teams arent afraid of controlling the ball

great game! city's first half was absolutely stellar and should worry united, if you disregard bravo and a bit of stones it was one of the best halves I've seen from a PL team. But the second half showed that united is competitive, even if they didn't get any equalizer. City overall the best team anyway, so the victory was deserved.

City seems like a way more varied team than pep bayern or barca, dunno if that's guardiola being pragmatic with the players he has, or some evolution in attitude, or the players not having learned the skillsets required for more full blown tiki taka, but either way I thought it was very entertaining.

i dont think this game is a good basis to judge how good the teams were. the first half city dominated us, but truthfully speaking we had lingard and mhki showing some of the worst individual performances ive ever seen in a man utd player for years. they probably had a 10% pass completion rate combined. a championship team would have run us over with the way those 2 were playing.
once we changed our shape and the players on the 2nd half we were back in the game but we also had help from bravo and his barthez moments so overall the bad performances by players in the game made their marks.
gotta say de bruyne ran circles around us though

I think Mourinho still has problems finding his starting XI, the second half got a glimpse to it and the level was much higher.

Welp, United is playing much better than with LvG at least lol, and while City has good level and itll probably be more than enough for the premier league + Show Spoiler +

(which honestly, even Celta de Vigo would be more than enough, but it does seems to be rising ! so thats great for England)

im not sure it would be more than enough for Europe, which im pretty sure IS THE REASON for Guardiola to be in MCity, to win the champions league

By the way, Rashford has the level to even be on England Starting XI, if that guy keeps his head cool, keeps training and all that... he might be the next england star honestly
