As far as I know you can drive tanks on the road there. Of course the cannon on the thing won't work anymore. Don't know whether they have a weight limit in place or not, I think battle tanks would destroy the sreets quite quickly.

Whoever (apart from Arsenal fans) think Arsenal are a worthy contender for any competition they play in? No one. Because they know with Wenger in charge they just play like shite when they need to most. How Wenger is still in a job is unbelievable xD

Not really but sometimes, especially on TL honestly, i get the feeling that all that matters is PL because the teams are so much better then the others what is most likely true if you take the average but i dont see any team besides Chelsea compeding for a title in Spain or Germany.

As you said, the average PL team just has a ton more money than teams in most other leagues would have. With that also comes a lot of marketing power all over the world and it probably also helps for popularity that they speak a language that is understood almost anywhere. And their sports press is very, let's say aggressive in terms of promoting their teams (*cough* the age old stupid panzer comments whenever playing against a german team *cough*).
