well, cordoba is in last place. bayern have also destroyed teams like paderborn or hsv.
and bayern were playing against one of the top bundesliga teams, and fielded several players from their reserve team that usually plays in the 4th german league. so yeah, you cant really compare the results.
ofc, barca is still the massive favorite for the camp nou match due to the many injuries on bayerns side; and in my book they are also the 66:33 favorite for advancing to the finals.

Of course you maybe cant quite compare them but after everything that happend to bayern so far the league results are kind of another hint in that direction.
