It looked enough like the beginnings of a jumpshot for it to be a legitimate mistake. Still bad to be fooled that way, but I still consider it better than what we've seen from Harden this season...

But yeh, that was beyond awful Lol, can't forgive that. Then again, even when facing the correct way his defense doesn't tend to fare much better ![]()

That's pretty horrible. I would say he got caught "ball watching" but he didn't even do that lol. What's funny is it looks like it was his original man who made the pass there? So they switched defenders and he just didn't do a good job? I didn't watch the play so legitimately wondering.

I enjoyed "Like a Bosh" back in 2011, but he's playing so much better now. We already saw the defensive improvement in the playoffs last year (I'm not sure there's a single better PnR defending big in the league) but through 10 games he's been crazy efficient on offense. Maybe not Lebron crazy, but pretty great nonetheless. He's only averaging 16/5.7 with 1.4 blocks, but he's doing it in just 28 mpg. That's like 10mpg less than he was doing during his "career years" in Toronto. And it's on 57% shooting and 50% from 3's (taking 2 per game.) Both him and Lebron have a TS% >67%! And look at the aggressiveness in that video. Look at him pinning Horford and Ayon out of position, like everyone's complaining Dwight doesn't do. He'll probably still get beat up by stronger PFs, but overall I think he really deserves consideration as one of the best bigs in the game again. Great defender, cerebral and shooting lights out. Can't wait to see how he does against David West this year.

And me too, Heat vs Pacers has to be the best matchup for this season IMO. Must-watch games.

Also...damn the Heat for beating my Hawks. I know we're capable of beating them, but it really depends on Teague and Horford having big games. But I think the decision to limit their minutes was an awesome one by Budenholzer, as we have four games in five days this week and it's more important to win the ones we should win (aka Detroit) verses trying to beat perennial championship contenders.
