He is literally a "mini" Drogba in terms of physique (aka not as tall) but just as strong, justs as quick and has everything. Shooting from anywhere and scoring. Beastly in the air.

No, I like Giroud and I think he'd be a pretty good striker if he had someone to rotate with (and he still has 22 goals this season). I think that his performances dropped because of fatigue, and he really suffered more than anybody from all the midfield injuries.

I don't think it's a coincidence that he's done the best at the beginning of the season (and also before the injuries started to pile up), and whenever he's come back from a layoff, whether due to injury or rotation.

I think he gets a lot of unfair treatment too. A lot of the games where he did "poorly, " he was always very isolated and didn't have anyone else willing to get forward with him. He'd have to hold the ball up near the center circle while getting battered and bruised constantly (look on whoscored.com; he's one of the most fouled players in the league), and had to fight 4+ defenders at once when crosses came in. What do people expect? He's only human. And just one human at that.

Kezman was painfully over rated though and he got hurt alot then you had the cokehead Mutu.

Oh and yeah, Giroud has been worked like a freaking Pack Mule, im shocked he didnt get hurt for a prolonged spell this season, but if Arsenals squad cant get their fitness shit together hes going to be right amongst them next year
