Barca players scored 100 points and there assistant manager helped >.< Im sorry to be blunt. but you can't manage a team from a hospital bed! Iniesta's goal was awesome though, i did like David Villa's too, i thought that was sick finish. Yep Tito actually coached the first full half of La Liga, winning all games but one draw. That is much better than the second half, when he was mostly absent and the players themselves said that affected their play and even commitment. Roura got a lot of shit for his lack of actual coaching. Doing the math, Barça would have went up to 110 points with Tito ![]()

Man United: Van der Sar, van der Gouw; Berg, Blackmore, Irwin, Johnsen, Martin, Stam; Fortune, Robson, Scholes, Sharpe; Cole, Sheringham, van Nistelrooy, Yorke. Real Madrid: Contreras, Sanchez; Cannavaro, Helguera, Hierro, Pavon, Salgado, Sanz; Amavisca, De la Red, Figo, McManaman, Makelele, Zidane; Alfonso, Butragueno, Morientes, van Nistelrooy. 0-1 by Morientes. 2-4 on aggregate (no away goals rule) 1-1 Van Nistelrooy! 3-4 on aggregate. 1-2 De La Red 3-5 on aggregate, and Real wins the double header.

You put great effort in maintaining this and the whole other football threads during this year. You deserve a big Champions League medal for that xD !! Also your reasonable attitude contributes alot to the whole discussions. Thanks keep it up ! Comparing the domestic champions this season: Barcelona 38 32 4 2 115 40 +75 100 pts. Bayern 34 29 4 1 98 18 +80 91 pts. This is so freaking monstrous compared to the other domestic champions ... (the goal difference of Barca and Bayern this year speaks volumes !) Considering the 4 more matches for Barca, I would even say Bayern's dominance domestically was even a little bit bigger - they have +80 even 4 matches less to play ! I'm very excited for the next Champions League Season ! Bayern, Barca, Chelsea, Real, Man. Utd., Dortmund, look great !

Sociedad a decade ago with Xabi Alonso, Kovacevic and Nihaat was a really good topflight team. Its just the mismanagement that tends to spoil the party for these clubs. I remember that year Real Sociedad with the young Xabi Alonso. They were 1st all the season, but Real Madrid got the 1st position in the week 36/38, finishing Real Madrid with 78 points and Real Sociedad with 76. Real Sociedad should have won the year la liga, it was so great ![]() Edit: Courtois winning the Zamora (goalkeeper with better goal received ratio) with only 21 years.
