If there was a "fan favorite" outside of our winner, it was this video. h-a-r-v may not have had the most votes total, but he did get the most comments in the thread from eager posters declaring him their favorite. h-a-r-v, I demand that you do "whiteRa" Christmas next year That voice acting was priceless!
Many may not realize this, but Shortynut did ALL of the voice tracks himself. The result was a "caroling effect" that made me feel like I was listening to this music outside my front door. Thanks, Shorty... I lost a bet with my wife because I was SURE you'd gotten children to do the high parts, LOL.
Singing both the guy's and girl's part, OkeeDokes (aka CBiscuitsx on Drewbie's stream) showed the rest of us how to carry a note with silky-smooth precision... and we noticed! This video got the most "likes" and comments on YouTube. I'm totally recruiting this gal for future parodies!
What RenSC2 lacked in vocal prowess he more than made up for in other ways. I had to smile along with thorzain, Select, and the rest of my Terran brethren as I watched a video that matched really well with the lyrics, which for me personally, were best lyrics in the contest.
Kicker, you showed up me and my panda puppet by having that cam on your face the WHOLE time. You clearly earned everyone's respect... and it showed in your video having one of the highest ratings for "epic passion", and the least "fail" votes of any video in the contest (including the winners, and mine )

I can understand your opinion, so here's a little more explanation: The autotune was used only on the guys part.. Check out okeedokes' youtube channel and see for yourself in some of her other vids. Her natural voice is what won her that recognition.

Shortynut, who submitted "My Base is in Danger" has a music background and also used multi-tracks in his video, which makes me respect his opinion even more. So, all that said, i tried to make the honorable mentions based on the response of the community, and Okeedokes' was no exception. More than anyone else in the contest, she was recognized particularly for her singing.
Still, thanks for expressing your honest opinion, Dagobert. It makes me happy that you wanted to read the descriptions of the videos, think critically about them, and not just skim through them! Knowing people paid that much attention to the contest reminds me that it was worth it!
