I second the tourney vids being available I was really hoping that GSL stuff would be available since the GOMTV app really sucks balls.

Can't wait to see the Android port. (Although not really necessary since we have Flash). You can have flash (frash) on iPhone or watch the youtube movies on the mobile version of the site or the youtube application. The point of this app is to give a nice and clean UI, which is probably good on Android aswell.

5 stars, would have paid $5 for it but since I benefited from the special I'll be telling all my friends about it.

Secondly theres the whole issue of profiting on content that was not created by you... I like the idea but don't like the idea that you're selling it instead of making it a free app.

Because most of the people you listed are partner accounts on youtube and probably want people visiting their channel not a giant list of videos. It takes a lot of work to develop a solid app.

So it ain't really hurting anyone ... On the contrary. Currently most people know only Husky and HD, and they're getting all the traffic on their youtube channels. I think the more people's eyes are open to other casters, the more the casters should appreciate it.

Meaning your bandwidth costs are mainly text. Even factoring in web scraping, your bandwidth costs shouldn't be an issue unless you were managing to get maybe 150k-250k+ unique visistors daily. Everything else is certainly valid, just pointing out bandwidth shouldn't be a factor in any sane case.

I use the site regularly on my phone, it's not useless at all, and I can see clearly the unitsand what they are doing, sure it might not be beautiful per se but I really just want to see pro tactics in a tent in a festival or at the toilet or just simply listen to a cast while walking. It's not useless for everyone just because you specifically don't want to watch sc2 when taking a shit. Some do. On another note I fixed the problem so now I can watch in the app too. (Youtube player needs to be not hidden) I just had an idea too, may I suggest making push notifications for when a specific caster or player or race is uploaded, or maybe even every time anything is uploaded? Would be awesome! cheers

I didn't say the bandwidth costs a fortune, but I have to pay for it, and it's increasing rapidly (by the day) ...

Something to note. When you view youtube over safari its the same quality as wifi. However when you use the youtube app with your iphone its the crappy lower resolution version. A way to bipass it without jailbreaking... Sadly I recently graduated from college.. I wish you brought this out when I had classes and what not! wouldve got better grades... sike.... However I noted after just testing it. That if I disable my wifi and follow the links you guys have, it uses the standard quality. Theres a way to program it so that it uses the normal quality (as 3g can support it). This function is supported in the facebook iphone app, which allows me to view youtube links at normal quality despite being on 3g. If you can make this happen for the app and also perhaps add options for those who have limited data plans Future updates: comments!!! ones that are different from the youtube portals. That way we know its between us nerds who were willing to pay a dollar to have a hub to view all these. To be honest... I already had subscribed to most of the casters that you had lol so its just having it more organized.
