I was able to get to gold 1 last season with pretty few games played, and my friend is usually hovering around d5-d3, but is currently purposely keeping his elo low this season so he can duo with me. Makes games pretty lulzies since he trolls around with fun picks.

It feels good to actually have measurable progress at something. I'll save the battle report unless anyone is interested. Abzan beastmaster is fucking bonkers in combo with Crater elemental I'll say that much.

I watched the first two eps and it's alright so far. Problem is Daredevil is just well kind of bland as a superhero.

+ Show Spoiler [Story Time] + My gym only has 2 barbell racks for squats/press etc. I was doing both squats and overhead press today so that's 10 sets on the racks. Next to me this older woman put her stuff on the 2nd rack and did a set of squats then went away and did leg press/calves/leg extension then back to squats. At the same time a guy was waiting on an open rack.I called him over and told him to come share the rack with me inbetween sets rather than waiting since the old lady didn't allow anyone on the rack. I eventually go to overhead press while he's doing squats and do my first set which wasn't that great. I've been struggling with overhead press these last few weeks so deloaded and still wasn't happy. The guy I'm sharing with then gives me a piece of advice on how to try get better at overhead press(form type thing) and I do my second set which goes SO much better than first. I think he singlehandedly helped me get over the plateau I've been in. Then I'm deadlifting about 1.5xBO with good form straight after that. Just an awesome feeling. To top it off I get home to see my Spice and Wolf novels have finally entered transit. Today is a good day. TLDR: Being kind to people sometimes gives you rewards in ways you don't expect ![]()

In my experience people are usually to happy to help in the gym. The exceptions are usually easy to spot.@Alaric, you're looking for "lunch break" ![]()

It's kind of the same problem I used to have with deadlifts in that I wasn't picturing what the lift was properly. I was using my "arms" too much instead of shoulders more on the press even though I know it's a shoulder exercise mainly. Just thought it was really nice of him ![]()

I got the HS quest that gives you a pack for spectating a friend win o/ But I don't have friends playing HS anymore (I actually removed the randoms who added me after a game yesterday evening, such timing). \o Euros unite, I'm looking for friends. You can quote it out of context if need be.

Yango doesn't care anymore, he's back to being a student so he can act all immature and pretend it's just a phase one having all this newfound liberty passes through.
