So despite the crushing lows of Spring Break, I left feeling pretty positive and had a really fun last night out at the clubs. Something just clicked and I stopped caring and had fun. That was nice but I was worried it wasn't going to last when I got home. Went out Tuesday and talked to a few girls and nothing happened but I was 100% fine with that and didn't let it ruin my night. Usually there would be a point where I get too drunk and I would get depressed and I never reached that point despite being quite intoxicated.

Yesterday was also interesting. It was Green Beer Day so there were a ton of people out. Started drinking with some friends at the bar at like 7 and was having a blast. My one friend clearly could tell I was acting way more positive. Knew a lot of people at the bar and went over and started talking to some girls that were roommates with my roommates girlfriend last year. I had only talked to them once or twice but I like saying hi to people I know. Anyway I talk to them on and off for a bit, ended up splitting a drink with one of the girls and I thought she might sorta be into me, but nothing blatantly obvious.

I hear her friends say they are going to leave and head to another bar and I realize I don't have her number. Now this is usually where I would let my fear of rejection get the best of me, but instead I just manned up and asked for her number so we could stay in touch for the night. She actually asked if I was coming with them but I wanted to stay and talk to some other friends. She texted me a couple times and I ended up going to meet her at the bar where she was at. Bar hopped a couple places with her and at some point it was clear she was into me, and we ended up making out in the bar (something I do too often, drunk me likes to ignore the whole "being in public" thing) and eventually I went home with her.

So yeah, moral of the story is to ask for people's phone numbers I guess.
