Cheep, Teut, Req, and Magnus grouped together, running towards the cornucopia, covering each others' backs, and getting out alive. They share what they have. The first, largest alliance has been formed. PX ditches Ketara and meets up with a now req-less Cixah. They run into the branches together. Perhaps an alliance? Or perhaps a bait. Wave, Soniv, and Holyflare (ROFL THE RANDOMIZER KNEW THE WHOLE TIME) form a sacred oath as they crouch in the undergrowth. They share their supplies and bide their time, knowing that they have the second largest alliance. Nearby, but unnoticed, Parnage lurks alone in the shadows of the treeline, watching the cornucopia. Swaglord Tolkien darts in and grabs a bundle of throwing knives. He manages to escape with his life, and all of the knives. He wanders alone into the dense foliage. Ketara, stung by PX's sudden departure, bolts for a backpack from the cornucopia and gets away. He exits just near where Parnage was, but Parnage makes no moves and lets Ketara pass by. Yango and Ghandi form a tentative alliance as Yango carefully grabs three jars of fishing bait while Ghandi gets fishing gear. Neither trusts each other, but they both recognize the game cannot be won solo. They also escape into the forest. Roffles was wounded horribly by Cheep abandoning him to join the larger alliance. Feeling emotionally downtrodden, Roffles sees a gleam of light shining off of a bottle of alcohol. He grabs the bottle, and the accompanying rag, and cradles his new friends as he steals into the treeline alone, nursing his infant thoughts of revenge. Asmo saw Parnage run into the trees and wait, and fears that the chaos will lead to him getting killed. He quickly runs INTO the cornucopia and hides. He's safe, but he is now trapped. Suddenly, while Moonbear looks around confusedly for Parnage, Dandel takes him by surprise by slamming him into the ground. Moonbear casts his dimming gaze into the sun, his only true enemy. His last thought, as the breath leaves his body, is a really cute gif of Ash's Butterfree flying off with his pink butterfree mate while Ash sobs into his hat. The words "Bye Bye, Butterfree" echo aimlessly around Moonbear's now lifeless skull as his body is ransacked by Dandel. First blood. Yamato never trusted Yango, and was unsuprised when Yango ran off with Ghandi. What he didn't expect was the sudden treebranch from Xes, sharpened and potent, impaling him from behind. Yamato gasps once and slumps to the ground. Xes had always resented Yamato for stealing his mentor Yango. His other mentor, Roffles, had been romanced away by Cheep, and he envied their passionate love affair. Wiping the blood from his now-trusted Stabby Stick, Xes ran into the trees in search of Cheep, hoping to finally settle the score. Marmy spied a bag at the cornucopia, and ran towards it, hoping to lose Ghandi, who he knew was plotting to kill him. Unfortunately, he found another hand resting on the bag; OWB's. They get into a quick tussle, but the screams from Soniv, after the former shoutcaster saw his favorite bearbuddy lying purple-faced in the mud, dead as offtopic would be if Cheep won the OT Hunger Games, quickly scared Marmy into scampering away. OWB took his prize, the bag, and calmly left into the treeline. Gahlo was frozen with fear as the bell rang and the players bolted around the cornucopia, but luckily for him, he was ignored. Eventually, he recovered, and the clearing had been seemingly empty. He greedily approached the cornucopia, but as he reached the bountiful spread, he heard a soft "meow" from the distance. Startled again, he grabbed the medkit sitting in front of him and scampered off into the undergrowth. Having been successful with his intimidation tactic, Scip lithely slunk towards the cornucopia, greedily pawing all of the weapons and foods at his disposal. Suddenly, however, his eyes glimmered as they beheld a bag filled to the seams with deadly explosives. With an awed meow, Scip tucked the bag under his arm and crawled away. Asmo, sitting hidden just inches from where Scip found the bag, internally sighed. He had lived. RIP MoonBear RIP Yamato I really should go to bed now :/ End of Part One | ||

I avoid about everything with video title mentioning vocals (as what interests me is the melody and the take on it mainly), techno, dance, nightcore, metal, etc. because either I'm not a fan of the genre, or its Touhou remixes are usually jumbled notes with little relation to the original ("metal" mostly being a overexcited distorted electric guitar doing its own thing and mixing a few notes of the original melody every 45s or so to pretend it's tied), I also avoid themes I don't know the original of (come across some when the video is a medley/full album, tends to slant me toward not liking the original as much when I listen to it but in exchange I get some gems like that one of True Administrator). Even then I could easily get 2+ hours of stuff to listen to with mostly new arranges just jumping around. There's simply that many touhou arranges of about every music genre floatng around. I ended up knowing some circles I enjoy particularly (WAVE and especially Morrigan's stuff, Pizuy's Cell, higuma, some of the sisimai brothers, Marasy8's piano playing of course, Tokyo NEETs' live jazzy arranges, some of =Neutral=), which I can't say of other games/series' remixes, either because there are far less, or because I don't listen to them enough to know remixers. That is not to say I only listen to touhou stuff, though. But you asked about video game remixes and I'm mostly content with originals. I also found a fair number of enjoyable remixes of all genres on the playlist. Or just games with good soundtrack like Rochard or Super Stardust. | ||

It says what happens, I just wrote a story about it. Which is good, it makes it more fun to come up with what happens. | ||
