Blizzard should even out the number of Epics/Legs you get the same way DotA/LoL even out crits--each card you don't get one increases the probability the next one is one.

I'm late to the Chrome vs Firefox debate, but I've switched at least all of my stream watching over to Firefox because Chrome's own version of Flash is woefully out of date and doesn't correctly support GPU hardware acceleration, which means when I have 3+ 1080p streams open my CPU/RAM useage spike up insanely in Chrome and lag out my whole computer while my GPU is sitting idle at 0 load

The overload also causes speedfan to freak out and spin up my radiator fans which makes huge turbine noises after a few minutes of 100% CPU

Yeah, I think Chrome is just too much of a resource hog in general. I've basically always used Firefox. Pains me that my dad still uses IE though. Oh god.

When people talk about Chrome being a resource hog what do they mean exactly? I've used Chrome forever now and haven't noticed any negative impact on the rest of my system before.

It means they have a shit computer.

Granted, I'm pretty sure Chrome has some memory leak issues, but I've never had any major reasons to stop using it.

I never noticed it on my shitty laptop either. Maybe I'm just not technologically sensitive enough to notice minor differences in performance.

both ff and chrome also pre-load pages, so that could be attributing to some of the memory issues. could always disable pre-loading.

Even with just 2 streams fullscreened in Chrome at 1080p my CPU usage climbs out of control, whereas doing the same thing in Firefox barely moves anything

It's possible that Chrome's implementation of Flash just doesn't actually support GPU acceleration on AMD chipsets even though all the config settings say it should
